Why does it say "OnGrid Tool LITE" at the top?

That just means the Inputs sheet is in Lite View. It doesn't mean you have a "lite" version of the Tool. Lite View is for doing a quick, rough analysis of project, usually residential. For most other projects you'd want to be in Full View so you can see and access all of the input options available.
