How do I install the OnGrid Tool?

Once you sign up for the Tool, you should receive an email with installation instructions within 48 business hours. The email should have "OnGrid Tool Access for [User's Name]" in the Subject line. Simply follow the directions in the email. If you didn't get the email, check your junk or spam folder. If it's not there, please contact Account Support.
