How do I share my proposal templates with my coworker?

Go to the "Settings & Support" worksheet in the OnGrid Tool and click on "Create User-Data Share File"

In the window that pops up, check the box that says "Proposal Page Lists" and then click "Create Share File". Save the file to your desired location.

Give this newly created file to your coworker (email, flash drive, dropbox, etc.). Go to the "Settings & Support" worksheet in your coworker's OnGrid Tool. Click "Load From Share File" in row 31.

In the window that pops up, click "Select File" and select the newly created share file that you have transferred to your coworkers computer. After selecting the file, make sure that "Proposal Page Lists" is checked. Click "Load Now".
